You’re not lost,
you’re in-between

You were told anything is possible, but figuring it all out feels overwhelming.

The world is wide open, but that’s part of the problem.

You’re trying to figure out who you are, what you want, and how to get there… and the more possibilities you see, the more overwhelmed you feel.

You thought you’d feel
more sure of yourself by now.

But instead:

  • Your parents keep pushing you toward grad school or a “real” job, but none of it feels right.

  • Your friends are all heading in different directions—
geographically, professionally, relationally—and you're not sure where you fit.

  • You’ve got a degree (or maybe you’re close), but translating that into an actual career?
    No one really explained how.

  • You feel stuck between who you were growing up and who you’re supposed to be now.

  • You’ve lost touch with the dreams you had as a kid.
Or maybe they don’t feel possible anymore.

  • Even your wins don’t feel the way you thought they would.

I’m here to help with:

+ Anxiety

+ depression

+ Dating

+ Relationships

+ career decisions

+ Self-esteem

+ Identity

If you’re ready to…

01

Feel grounded in who you are, even when others have different expectations

02

No longer spiral with every big decision

03

Feel clear about what matters to you and confident in the direction you're moving

04

Have space to breathe, explore, and actually enjoy this season of life

…then let’s get to work.

A woman with curly hair stands near a body of water at sunset, with her eyes closed and arms stretched above her head, enjoying the peaceful moment.

This isn’t about rushing to find a 10-year plan or quickly“fixing” what’s not working.

It’s about carving out space to get honest about what you want — figuring out what feels meaningful to you,
not just impressive to others.

In therapy, we’ll look at:

  • The pressures you’re carrying from family, culture, or school, and how they’ve shaped your identity

  • The beliefs you’ve absorbed about success, worth, and what your life should look like

  • The grief or guilt that can come from letting go of old versions of yourself

  • What lights you up underneath the doubt or burnout

  • How to move through anxiety, perfectionism, or depression that’s making everything harder

You’re allowed to want more than just
“getting by.”

You deserve to feel grounded in who you are,
clear on what matters to you, and confident in how you show up in the world.

Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself.

Not the version everyone else expects, but the one that’s been there all along.

because, At the end of the day:

it’s possible to feel more like yourself,
even if you’re still figuring out who that is.

  • Anything that’s on your mind. That might include identity, relationships, anxiety, career direction, self-worth, family dynamics, or just feeling stuck. Nothing is too small or too messy.

  • My role isn’t to tell you what path to take. It’s to help you get clear on what matters to you, and support you in making decisions that feel aligned and sustainable. We’ll sort through the noise so you can hear your own voice again.

  • Not necessarily. A diagnosis is only used if it’s clinically necessary or needed for insurance. You don’t have to meet a certain threshold to deserve support. But, if a diagnosis may help you feel validated, we can talk about what that diagnosis could be.
