Hi, I’m Tara, a therapist based in Berkeley, CA. I work with teens and young adults who feel stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or like they’re supposed to have everything figured out already. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, get curious about what’s really going on, and help you feel more steady and sure of yourself.
Whether you’re trying to keep up with school and friendships, handle the pressure to succeed, or figure out your next steps in life, therapy can be a space to think things through and figure out what will make you feel more like yourself.
